Warm goats cheese salads with Mediterranean vegetables are a firm favourite for lunch at The Winking Prawn and The Cracking Crab, while baguettes filled with goat’s cheese, olives, dried cranberries and seeds with a drizzle of balsamic syrup go brilliantly with summer weather and a glass of wine in the late afternoon.
Halloumi is a regular feature at all of our venues, whether it’s on the WP barbecue in the summer months, char grilled and teamed with courgette, aubergine, onion, tomato and basil or in the form of one of Island Street Bar & Grill’s halloumi burger, carefully crafted by master chef and ultimate foodie, Nick Laver Vincent.
